Explore Google AI Pro features in upcoming webinars

The Office of Information Technology is offering two webinars to explore its integration with Google Workspace and the new features it adds to Gemini.

Register today for one of the two sessions on Tuesday, June 23 from 10-11 a.m. or Thursday, June 25 from 1-2 p.m. Staff and faculty with Google AI Pro licenses from all campuses are welcome.

You’ll learn how to use Google AI Pro to:

• Draft emails and summarize long conversations in Gmail
• Generate a syllabus from a single idea in Docs
• Automate data organization in Sheets using simple, natural language
• Build a presentation in Slides from a simple outline
• Generate custom images for multiple use cases
