ELAI Kickoff Meeting
The Education, Learning, and AI (ELAI) working group invites you to our kick-off event as we launch a year-long initiative exploring how AI is reshaping learning across schools, homes, workplaces, and communities. Rather than centering on what AI tools can do, we will focus on core learning principles—asking how AI might deepen, disrupt, or reframe the kinds of learning experiences we value most.
This first gathering will be an interactive, face-to-face session where we will map the critical conversations needed for this moment. Join educators, students, researchers, technologists, and community partners as we work together to build thoughtful, values-driven frameworks for understanding AI’s role in learning. Together, we will discuss key tensions, explore diverse stakeholder perspectives, and chart a course for meaningful dialogue throughout the 2025–2026 academic year.
