Welcome to the 2024 Spring Research Workshop on Generative AI! 

This three-day event, hosted by the University of Minnesota's Data Science Initiative, took place from May 22 to May 24, 2024. DSI would like to thank you those that attended the event, for joining us for engaging discussions, thought-provoking talks, and hands-on sessions as we explore the foundations, public policy implications, and intersections with health data in the dynamic field of Generative AI. The workshop ran from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day, providing ample opportunities for networking and collaboration.
