HPEC welcomes both full papers and extended abstracts. Full papers should not exceed 6 pages, while extended abstracts should be within 2 pages. Preference is given to submissions with robust, quantitative results. Accepted papers may be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Vendors are encouraged to participate and showcase their technologies at the conference. Additionally, student papers are eligible for the "IEEE HPEC Best Student Paper Award."
